Kissy Sell Out:
Kissy Sell Out emerged from the myspace generation of cool nerds and sonic visionaries engaged in a feverish revolt, a wholesale shredding of the musical and business rulebook, as they mix their influences into exhilarating results spreading the word online and beyond - a collision of art, ideas and energy unrivalled since the heyday of punk, taking in everything from Klaxons acid indie-disco through Justice's ultra-modern electro to the mangled sonic aggro of UK grime and straight ahead rock n roll.
Pulpa:
This is indie-disco. Pulpa is not out to save the world and never have been. They won't give meaning to your life and they won't try to rub their convictions in your face. They won't leave you crying on the floor (unless you want to) and they won't make you do anything you don't want to do. They won't leave you questioning what they were doing on that stage. They will show you a part of where they are from and what they belive in, and they won't let you guess what they're feeling at every word in the songs. Because the single and most important thing that separates them from you is that they sing. And you listen. www.myspace.com/pulpa
Fujiya & Miyagi:
Fujiya & Miyagi were formed by Steve Lewis and David Best and released their first album 'electro karaoke' in 2002 on Massive Advance Records. They were then augmented by Grunder and Mathew Avery for a couple of years and have now been whittled down to a three piece with Matthew Hainsby for the last two. They are trying their best. www.myspace.com/fujiyaandmiyagi
